In the 10th at Belmont, she was the 2-5 favorite in a 4-horse field. She ran fourth by about five to the turn, moved up to third, still by five or six, then faded back to fourth (last) A very lackluster race, and now she's lost four in a row.

people love to bet horses at short odds hoping they will "run back to their class". when horses go bad, they generally stay bad. and if you keep chasing them you generally get bad odds everytime they drop looking for their level.

Just more proof that Pletcher is a VERY bad trainer... He did the same to Dreaming of Julia....
He got lucky yesterday with the Black Eyed Susan & Pimlico Special.. Today he couldn't even sniff the Winners Circle...Can't wait until Saratoga when he gets his ASS handed to him

He had horses in two races yesterday (Friday), won both of them - the $500K Black-Eyed Susan and the $300K Pimlico Special. "Just more proof" that no trainer wins every race.

From a gambling point of view, I've made very good profits when King Todd enters these monsters... Three weeks back Havana off the board huge show prices, yesterday KK off the board very nice place prices... Unlike others in here that love pretty horses, with nice socks I only look at races from a gamblers angle.... So keep entering your horses Todd and I'll keep making money..... Can't wait for Saratoga when he finally runs bad.....

isn't cal chrome a pretty horse with "socks"? lol he's also a pretty good rsce horse!!
running these fillies is always hard - especially when they've been away - a lot of 4 yr old fillies just don't want to race - they go into season and their mental attitude changes - they are maturing
really pres - the pletcher hate is getting old - he's a lot better than baffert or rodriquexz or ness or lukas or hollendorfer or jacobson or o'neill - to say he "got lucky" considering his overall record is ludicrous - the one who got lucky, and it's great because he paid his dues, is sherman
