Don, I read the information about it, I guess there are races for every night that Remington runs through May? That's a lot of nights to have to be involved - any caveat about missing a few night? I didn't pick up anything about that.

If it runs the same as meadowlands they will e-mail you a reminder with the pps. Med is 3 nights a week only 3 races a night and all you have to do is hit the board in 1 race to stay alive.

Thanks. That sounds easy enough to at least stay in the running.
All things considered, the Remington Park Quarter Horse meet is rapidly becoming the premier QH meet in the country.

I saw that, you're doing pretty good so far. I've been betting quarter horses (on and off) for about 25 years, and you're beating me. Keep it going.

Thanks.....hanging in there - Don't a couple of hundred places ahead of me, I'm in the middle of the pack. My objective is to have an ITM horse every night so I'm not eliminated.
Don, I've found that the outside is better than inside, I don't really like betting inside horses, but about 95% of my quarter horse "experience" has been at Los Alamitos, where they have to cross over the banked turn* in most of the races. At these 1 mile tracks (Remington, Lone Star, Sam Houston) they don't cross over the turn in many races, mostly the longer races.
*this is what people speculated was Ruffian's downfall at Belmont Park coming out of the 1-1/4 mile chute, which has now been removed.
