Aqueduct, Charles Town, Penn National cancel Saturday cards The New York Racing Association canceled its nine-race program at Aqueduct Racetrack on Saturday as a winter storm approached the New York city area Saturday morning. The storm was expected to bring snow and rain to a wide section of the Northeast, according to the National Weather Center. Aqueduct will be open for simulcast wagering on Saturday and is scheduled for live racing on Sunday. * Charles Town canceled the last five races on its Friday evening card and called off its Saturday night program – the final live program scheduled for 2012. Live racing is tentatively scheduled to resume on Wednesday. * Penn National canceled its Saturday night program - the third time this week the central Pennsylvania track has lost a live racing card due to bad weather.
