Churchill Downs 8) #2 Viva Majorca
Has the class to do it although in tough but maybe the other class will burn each other out and leave it open for this strong come from behind horse to win it all. This horse beat better horse in Conquest Two Step last year.
Santa Anita Race 3) #1 Screaming Skylar
Was battling for the lead against very tough horses at 6 1/2 downhill. In last just off pace in distance against the best of the best (Spanish Queen, Sharla Ray, Spirit of Xian). Now is placed in mid distance turf where should do real good.
Churchill 9) #3 Hip Four Sixtynine #5 Departing
#3 is a very classy horse running against the top sprinter horses in the country on the dirt. He ran once on the turf as a maiden 6th which was not that bad. I have to take a shot just based on the class of horses he has been running against.
#5 obvious class on dirt horse and by War Front - out of Pulpit so should like the turf.
Belmont 8) #5 Global Positioning
Looks like the class and one to beat coming out of the toughest faster fractional races.
Belmont Race 9) #2 Rock Eagle
This is a wide open race with all good horses. I like the fractions of #2 in last race and in only two starts has done not much wrong.
Santa Anita Race 5) #4 Feathered
Looks like clear class based on who has been running against. Took to turf very well in first start on turf in last.
Belmont Race 10) #1 All Gold #9 Irelands Eye
This is a pitiful race but these are two horses that have run closest to pace with fastest fractions and should improve off last especially on stretch out for #1 and cut back for #9.
Santa Anita Race 6) #5 Desert Dynamo #7 Bronze Star
#5 Ran very good race against 888 in first then followed up with 44/1 fractions then was up in pace and faded against Richard's Boy.
#7 Running in tough races and in last set 44 flat fractions 2 off lead.
Santa Anita Race 7) #8 Not Enough Eddie
Nothing but the best horses in his PP's - Master Clem, 888, Grazen Sky, Zivor. Two back took lead in mile race against Zivor-Lindante, probably the best two grass horses any in this race could have run against.
Penn National 3) #11 Albano #2 Street Babe
#11 is class of class in this race and is ready to pop on class drop. #2 Street Babe has a shot if you ignore last race.
Santa Anita Race 8) #1 Big Cazanova
Has to beat Moreno and Catch a Flight but this horse has been running some exceptional time races over the last year or so. Maybe this will be his day to shine.
Penn National Race 4) #4 Ocho Ocho Ocho #1 Granny's Kitten
#4 888 is surely the class if he can run on the turf - street sense and horse chestnut breeding says he can. #1 Granny's Kitten looks tough off of two out of two wins and that 1:08/3 6F at Belmont.
