Lane's End announced the 2015 stud fees for its 15-horse stallion roster Nov. 4. Two-time leading sire Smart Strike headlines the group at $100,000, unchanged from 2014.
Incoming stallion Noble Mission, a full brother to Frankel, will stand his first season for $25,000. The son of Galileo won group I races in England, Ireland, and France this season and is a leading contender for Europe's Cartier Award for champion older horse.
Five stallion stallions will see their fees increased for next season.
Candy Ride, sire of champion Shared Belief among seven graded winners this season, will command a $60,000 free, up from $35,000 in 2014.
City Zip , sire of two Breeders' Cup winners last week in Filly & Mare Turf (gr. I) winner Dayatthespa and Xpressbet Sprint (gr. I) victor Work All Week, will stand for $40,000, a rise from $25,000.
Lemon Drop Kid , with 12 stakes winners this year, including Diana (gr. I) winner Somali Lemonade and Canadian classic winner Unspurned, will also stand for $40,000, up from $35,000 in 2014.
With $7,103,085 in progeny earnings through Nov. 4 to lead the third-crop sire list by a wide margin, Curlin 's fee is up from $25,000 in 2014 to $35,000. The top runner by the son of Smart Strike is Palace Malice.
The fee for freshman sire Quality Road , represented Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf (gr. IT) winner Hootenanny, rises from $25,000 to $35,000.
Mineshaft 's fee saw a reduction while fees for Union Rags , The Factor , Discreetly Mine , Morning Line , Twirling Candy , Langfuhr , and Stephen Got Even were unchanged.
