handsome mike? crap daddy? please. THE BIZ IS BACK!!! he now holds two track records at the same track! one for 7 furlongs and one for a mile and a sixteenth. if he had not gotten sick two years ago, he would have been the derby horse, believe me. he is almost an emulation of Bayern. both the most talented of their generation, but just unlucky with the timing of the classics. and both have no problem going long as you will see tomorrow as well.
and no, I did not bet one cent on this horse because I don't bet del mar. but I don't care.
now someone tell the that handsome mike is a cow!!

LMAO - He loves Del M<ar. Isn't that the only track where he's won? Funny - You can bash Nick's picks but at least he posted them. Didn't see you post Fed Biz as a pick!!

he wasn't a pick. as I just POSTED, I didn't bet a dollar on him. I don't need to make up stuff after the race. this wasn't about the betting. it was about knowing and seeing talent and knowing what a real racehorse looks like. no ev, he is not just a del mar horse. he won his first two at santa anita on dirt and was the early favorite for the santa anita derby until he got sick the year bodemeister ran. just likle Bayern, bob said all along he was his best horse, not bodemeister. as much as I like bob, I have to say one of the problems with this horse is he has been mismanaged badly by baffert along with being unlucky as to when he got sick. bob rushed him back to fast to get into the breeders cup mile two years ago and he has never been able to get back to 100% since. bnaffert has had him all over the place and the horse is probably confused. sprinting-routing-turf-dirt. pick one and stay with it. I said this 2 years ago and I will say it again. the classic is not out of the question for this horse if he keeps him focused and healthy. the only reason I didn't take him as my older horse in the contest is because I thought he had been retired up to this week.
and as far as nick goes, note this. once again, he posted two picks I saw today. and the second one had been official for 15 minutes when I saw that he had posted it 13 minutes earlier!!

OK - he's only won at Del Mar the last 2 years. He also set a track record today. Bob said that was the first time he's won that race so good for him.
Well gee Wiz - What I meant was - Even if you weren't betting Del Mar, it might have been nice if you had shared your superior knowledge LOL Your title of this thread is sort of insulting. It implies no one knows anything about the sport - except you of course. Who knows - maybe some members bet him!! BTW - Frac Daddy got a terrible ride - He's not even a favorite of mine but I just thought I'd mention that LOL

jon knows what I think of this horse. I told him last year. and my point is im not even saying I would have bet him today if I was betting. off the layoff and he got bet down from the 11 post? I probably would have passed the race anyway. but I know who the best horse is and certainly isn't handsome mike!! however if im not betting, im definitely not going to tout someone to bet him. I hate it when people act like they have a strong opinion on a race and start posting races to bet when they really are just betting the race for nothing more then action, playing 10-15-20 races a day. its ridiculos.

I sort of agree with you BUT like Frac Faddy, Kid Cruz really is a notch below the top horses

I don't think he is far below those two yesterday and he has improved a lot. if those three ran again at the same distance with even a little bit of speed in the race, I would bet kid cruz.
