Jacobson/Rodriguez: Inmates are running the Asylum

In the 3rd Race at AQU the Stewards are still allowing Jacobson/Rudy Rodriguez to rob the bettors once again.
The 6 trained by Jacobson and ridden so well by Taylor Rice come up the rail to win going away. But Rudy's Horse the 5 drifts out into the 1 just before the finish line.
They post an inquiry, but to NO ONES surprise they allow the Jacobson/Rodriguez exacta to be cashed.
Why even bother to post an inquiry?? What happened today was criminal....the "integrity" of the game has just vanished in New York....
Before the neigh Sayers chime in I did have the exacta with the 5 and the 1 so I did collect.....
