I haven't heard anything about that yet. Maybe they're just talking about a training track? That would be feasible but why would trainers work horses that are stabled at a dirt only race track on a turf course, unless they'll do it to be easier on the horses' legs. How can they run races on a course that's about a 1/4 mile from their main track and grandstand? Perhaps they'll show the video in the grandstand? Here's a picture of Charles Town, the Shenandoah Downs course is the green oval north of the training track.

View AttachmentIT WAS BEING TALKED ABOUT BY PNG, THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE NOT CLOSED TO LAYING DOWN AN ALL TURF COURSE AT THE SD COURSE,I DONT THINK THEY WILL CONSTRUCT A GRANDSTAND THEY WILL JUST SHOW THE RACE IN THE GRANDSTAND AS YOU SAID. CT BEING AN ALL DIRT COURSE HAS NO NEED FOR TWO DIRT TRACKS FOR HORSES TO TRAIN OVER IN THE AM, ITS NOT THAT MANY HORSES STABLED THERE.
