KB3 to Manage Historic Racing in Wyoming

Wyoming Downs has selected KB3 Marketing as its partner to offer Historic Horse Race wagering at multiple locations throughout the state.
Historic horse racing, a form of electronic gaming based on previously run horse races and patterned after the successful Instant Racing in Arkansas and Kentucky, was legalized by the Wyoming legislature during its 2013 session.
"We're excited by this opportunity to bring life back to the Wyoming racing industry," said Eric Nelson, owner of Wyoming Downs, in a release. "Partnering with KB3 is a natural fit; their success in presenting historic horse racing at Oaklawn Park and Kentucky Downs is unmistakable."
KB3 Marketing specializes in graphic design, data analytics, direct marketing, network infrastructure, and gaming floor operations, according to a release. It oversees the marketing and daily operations of Instant Racing at Oaklawn Park, where the gaming concept was introduced in 2004. KB3 Marketing has also partnered with Kentucky Downs since the opening of Historic Horse Race operations at the Franklin, Ky., track in September 2011.
"We're ready to get started in the state of Wyoming," said Bobby Geiger, managing partner of KB3. "Mr. Nelson is committed to improving the quality of the state's racing industry. Instant Racing, when presented properly, can provide the necessary oxygen.
