I think by now it's no longer the "Big 10" - maybe the "Big 36"? I think it's Randy Edsall's obsession with moving up every couple of years, he'll have more "big league" contacts in the Big 10. He's like Bill Parcells - coaches a team with the intent of his next job, not the one he's in at the time. Giants/Dallas/Jets/Patriots.....

its all about the almighty dollar. the big 10 has larger tv markets than the acc. also, they get more $$$ from playing for example @ohio state or michigan in front of 100k. the acc simply doesnt have big stadiums and big tv deals. sooner than later, the big east will dissolve and be only a basketball conference.
