Dropped many a coin at Sigma Downs.

I sat in the hallways of the Golden Nugget for days waiting for the post race blood results. The pit boss refused to show me the results.

I actually used to like the quarter horse game better. I remember they had one at the union plaza and at the imperial palace back in the 80's . it was my favorite. this is something like it but not exactly.

I never seen that one before.
Awhile back my friend played something similar to that on a cruise ship. He said they only had like 100 film clips and he seen the same race twice. When he seen the names he knew the winner. Unfortunately it maxed out at $2 and 2/1 odds, something like that.

yes that's the one from the old days. what they did was take like 100 clips from qh races at los al during the 70's and change the names on the horses after they ran through the clips. so you would be seeing the same race but not know it until after the race had started because the names and odds were different. believe me, I was only 12 or 13 when I first saw it and me and my dad would sit and play it in between live races in the sportsbook. it was right by the bathroom near the sportsbook so I could loiter within like 10 feet and not get hassled by security. I studied that thing for hours trying to get an edge and I think I did catch then once or twice with the same names and odds, but for the most part it was pretty well mixed up. still it was a great game and well ahead of its time.
