1st: Orb - Not jumping off of him. The sloppy track adds a new demension, but it won't bother him one bit. He's bred for it up and down. He's simply the best horse in the race which we all know can mean absolutely nothing when it comes to the Kentucky Derby. But, he's got a great post and if he gets the trip and thuhere's no dirty pool tactics like we saw in the Oaks yesterday, then Orb should win.
2nd: Palace Malice - This horse has had some tough luck in his last few, but he's still improving and will appreciate the added distance. His sire, the great Curlin was a mudlover so he should handle it as well. Also, like the addition of blinkers. Might just move him up.
3rd: Revolutionary - Calvin Bo-rail will take the shortest way around the track and again come running late but will only manage third. Another horse who will relish an off track.
4th: Giant Finish - Just a hunch bet at a price for the MD horse. Won on a wet track.
Wild Card Horse - Would've been Black Onyx if not for the scratch, so out of respect for Quantum Nation....lol I will throw in Java's War.
GL to all here on the Pros Team and a safe trip to all involved in today's race.

I think Palace Malice could have got 1st or 2nd if they did not send him to the front in 45/1. WTF were they thinking 45/1 on a muddy track. The best frigging horse in the race. The best 3yo in the country Palace Malice is. He is class of the three year olds now in my book. The connections made a huge mistake in strategy. Won't happen again though. He will win the one of the next two or both.

Thank you to all Pros I'm just really happy for the connections of Orb and for the horse himself. You won't find a classier bunch of people in Shug/Phipps/Janney and Rosario is just a beast. It's gonna be such great PR for the sport to have this group in the spotlight for the next few weeks. They represent the very best of what this game is supposed to be about and I hope they can make it a sweep and show today's "Horsemen" who it's really done.
