HRTV is reporting that Giant Finish will enter, which will knock out Fear the Kitten. Also that Carving will enter. He would be an Also Eligible with Fear the Kitten

Giant Finish a Late Addition to Derby Field By Claire Novak ill enter the May 4 Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I), trainer Anthony Dutrow confirmed April 30. "He's going to get there Thursday morning (May 1)," Dutrow said of the New York-bred son of Frost Giant , who has 10 points on the Road to the Kentucky Derby and therefore bumps hopeful Fear the Kitten from spot 20 to the also-eligible list in the field for the 1 1/4-mile Classic. Giant Finish was bred by Andy Cohen out of the Hickman Creek mare Apocalyptic and has a 2-1-1 record from five starts, with earnings of $133,050. He races for Cohen's Sunrise Stables in partnership with Gary Tolchin, Aubrey Flanagan, and Bob Smith. Another horse, Carving, was being considered for the Derby as well, but after hearing that he would likely be relegated to second on the also-eligible list, his trainer, Mike Puhich, said he most likely would not enter.

That's why the fielkd should be less than 20. There are too many that don't belong making the race a total farce as a race. I do think Churchill would survive without additioinal fees! It's amazing to me there haven't been more "incidents" with such a large field.
