With all the news about doping, should there be a national organization to create policies for all tracks?
Who would belong? I'd say a Board of Vets, Owners, Trainers and various track GM's - members - Owners, Trainers, Jocleys, Vets, Track Execs

We will all be dust before that happens. It has been painfully obvious since the onset of simulcasting that one set of rules for everyone is needed. The problem as I see it is , no one person/ organization has the clout to make anything happen. Magna tried and almost succeeded. Perhaps , if the Feds Issued something like 1 horse racing parimutuel license for the country .Making one organization responsible to keep all the sub licensees in line. Racing needs an overwhelming reason to comply with a standardized set of rules. The carrot approach has not worked. Time for a BIG STICK. Think NFL

Unless there are trainers here, this is a no brainer for fans! YES!
